Best Foods for Lungs
Lung health

C per day. Many studies show that the lungs of smokers benefit from high doses

the recommended vitamin C.

shown that regular consumption of apples improves lung function. Apples are
useful for the lungs of smokers. Also, eating five or more apples a week
improves lung function and reduces the risk of COPD. Eating apples also reduces
the risk of asthma and lung cancer.

including malvaidin, cyanidin, peonidin, delphinidin and petunidin.
