Warts are small bumps on the skin that are often brown or black in color and look like a rash. Warts or warts are not tumors or cancer, but just bumps on the skin. It can occur in both children and adults. Medically, there are about ten types of warts, and most of them are harmless, but due to their unsightly appearance, they need to be treated. Warts are caused by HPV infection. Through cuts or sores on the skin, the virus enters the upper layers of the skin and causes infections in the layers that appear as "warts". Warts can take many forms. A blister or rash, a skin bump in the form of a cluster of black or brown, flat or thread-like bumps.

 

 Treatment

 "Salacylic Acid" or "Silver Nitrate"

There are many ways to treat warts. They are usually treated with salicylic acid or silver nitrate. Applying it continuously in the morning and evening for several days will get rid of warts. In the market, there is a drug called "Dew Film" which is applied only on the wart with the help of a brush to remove warts.

 

Salicylic Acid Plaster

Small tape-like plasters made of salicylic acid are also available in the form of small band-aids that are applied around the clock. It must be changed every twenty-two hours.

 

Cryotherapy

Another method that is usually done for large ugly warts is called "freezing" or "cryotherapy" but this method can only be done by a doctor and is difficult to do at home.

 

Burning

Similarly, in such cases or warts that are not removed by these methods, the doctor continues to clean them with electricity by "burning or curettage".

 

If the warts do not clear up with these methods or come back, they are cut and removed from the skin.

After the advent of laser machines, many types of warts can be removed by laser.

According to the ancient method of treatment, there are several methods that can be used to get rid of warts. Many of these can be tried at home, but they do not work on all types of warts.

 

Ginger

Ginger has acid and anti-viral properties. After rubbing the ginger well on the wart, leave it on and cover it with a band-aid or bandage. Do this for eight to ten days. Small warts can get rid of it.

 

Banana Peels

Rub the inside of a banana peel on the wart three to four times a day for several days.

 

Onion

Onion has antiviral properties. Extract onion juice and apply it on the wart every morning and evening and keep it closed with a tape. Do this for two to three weeks. Even smaller warts are eliminated.
